I currently accept Humana Choice Care, Prime Health Services, Inc., and Beech Street.  I am in the process of adding some new plans: Aetna, Affiliated Health Funds, Great West, Interplan, Multiplan/PHCS, Three Rivers, Arizona Foundation, and National Provider Network/Medavant.

For those patients who are not on the plans I accept assignment for, I usually ask for payment at the time I see you, and I give a discount for such prompt payment. My staff can bill your insurance for you. I also give a further discount if you have no insurance or you do the billing yourself.  Other arrangements can sometimes be made for special situations.
